pakgem Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

1.1  By registering an account with pakgem, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.

1.2  You further represent that: (a) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party; (c) you are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by national statute; and (d) you are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of pakgem or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

1.3  pakgem reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within five (5) business days of a request will result in account suspension and restriction of all withdrawal rights until the matter is resolved.

1.4  Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in the account at the time of closure — including deposits, winnings, and any bonus credits — will be voided and forfeited. pakgem accepts no liability for any losses or inconveniences arising from the closure of an underage account.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout:

3.1  Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on pakgem. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, pakgem reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.2  Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. pakgem is not liable for any inability to process payments or communications arising from inaccurate contact or payment details provided by you.

3.3  Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakgem login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pakgem will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pakgem that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.

3.4  Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pakgem support immediately. pakgem may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected breach of security.

3.5  KYC Verification. pakgem reserves the right to require KYC documentation — including government-issued identity documents and proof of address — from any Account holder at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the relevant request may have withdrawals suspended until compliance is achieved.

4.1  Available Payment Methods. pakgem accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pakgem does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency accounts, or third-party payment sources.

4.2  Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change at pakgem's discretion with reasonable notice provided to existing account holders.

4.3  Withdrawal Method Matching. Wherever technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, pakgem may require the Player to verify an alternative payment method before processing the withdrawal.

4.4  Withdrawal Processing Times. pakgem endeavours to process withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Estimated processing times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur where KYC verification is pending, where a withdrawal is subject to anti-money laundering review, or where the receiving payment provider experiences technical issues.

4.5  Third-Party Payments Prohibited. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. pakgem does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to persons other than the registered Account holder.

5.1  Eligibility for Bonuses. All bonuses and promotional offers are available exclusively to verified Account holders aged 21 and above. Bonus eligibility may further depend on your account status, deposit history, or VIP tier. pakgem reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its discretion.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and time limits are detailed in the specific promotion terms that accompany each bonus offer. Failure to fulfil wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3  Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute at 100% of each bet staked. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.

5.4  Bonus Abuse. Patterns of play that pakgem reasonably identifies as bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, matched betting using promotional funds, or systematic exploitation of free bets and free spins — may result in the voiding of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may constitute grounds for account suspension.

5.5  One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, only one bonus may be held in active status on a pakgem Account at any time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active and has not yet met its wagering requirement may result in the previous bonus being forfeit.

6.1  Certified Random Number Generators. All casino games available on pakgem — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and instant games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited international testing laboratories. The outcome of every game is determined by this certified RNG process. pakgem does not control, influence, or have the ability to alter individual game outcomes.

6.2  Return to Player (RTP) Rates. Each game's published Return to Player percentage reflects the independently audited long-term expected return of that game. RTP is a statistical measure calculated over millions of game rounds and does not predict or guarantee the outcome of any individual session or bet.

6.3  Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during any game round, the affected game round(s) may be voided and any stakes placed during the affected round returned to the Player's Account. pakgem is not liable for losses arising from technical failures that are outside pakgem's reasonable control, including failures occurring at the provider's infrastructure level.

6.4  Game Rules Govern. The specific rules of each individual game, as displayed within the game interface or in the game information panel, govern play for that game and take precedence over any general summary descriptions provided elsewhere on the Platform.

7.1  Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at pakgem's sole discretion. pakgem reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without obligation to provide reasons, including where a bet is placed in error, where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical error, or where market conditions have changed materially between bet placement and acceptance.

7.2  Odds and Markets. All published odds are subject to change at any time before the acceptance of a bet. The odds at which a bet is confirmed at the time of placement are the odds applicable to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movement.

7.3  In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets reflect real-time event data. In-play odds and market availability may be suspended at any time — including during goals, wickets, penalties, or other significant match events — without prior notice. Bets accepted prior to suspension are settled at the odds confirmed at acceptance.

7.4  Event Cancellations and Postponements. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets accepted prior to the abandonment will be settled based on the official result at the point of abandonment, where a result is available, or voided where no official result can be determined.

7.5  Integrity and Suspicious Activity. Bets placed on matches that are the subject of an active sports integrity investigation may be withheld from settlement pending the outcome of that investigation. pakgem cooperates fully with relevant sporting bodies and regulatory authorities investigating match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

8.1  Responsible Gaming Tools. pakgem provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible directly in account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure notifications that appear after a set duration of continuous play.
• Loss Limits — Cap the maximum net loss over a defined period. Once reached, further bets are declined until the period resets.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen summaries of session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion (Cooling Off) — Temporary breaks from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Irrevocable closure of your Account. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

8.2  Age Verification Obligation. The 21+ age restriction is enforced at the point of registration through verified documentation and ongoing monitoring. Pakgem operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.

8.3  Support. Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour, or who wish to discuss self-exclusion or limit options, are encouraged to contact pakgem's 24/7 support team directly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pakgem and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's Account, identity, or payment method;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering);
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported immediately and are subject to forfeiture;
• Engaging in collusion or coordinated play designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as defined in Clause 5.4;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pakgem support staff or other users in any manner.

pakgem cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies and will report credible evidence of illegal activity — including money laundering or fraud — to the appropriate authorities.

10.1  All content on the pakgem Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game graphics, user interface design, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of pakgem or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

10.3  Use of pakgem's trademarks, brand names, logos, or any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pakgem is strictly prohibited.

11.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakgem's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2  pakgem shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or business; (b) loss of data; (c) loss of anticipated savings; (d) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind; (e) losses arising from gambling decisions made by the Player; or (f) losses arising from events outside pakgem's reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, payment network failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.

11.3  The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. pakgem makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability without prior notice.

11.4  Gambling involves financial risk. Losses incurred as a result of lawful gaming activity on the Platform are not compensable by pakgem. You acknowledge that you participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk.

12.1  Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pakgem support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to your verified payment method following standard KYC verification.

12.2  Termination by pakgem. pakgem reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request; or (e) any activity that pakgem reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

12.3  Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all pending bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances are returned subject to standard verification and any outstanding security review.

13.1  Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting pakgem support directly and in good faith. pakgem will endeavour to investigate and respond to all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt.

13.2  Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with pakgem support, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the procedures established by pakgem's applicable licensing authority. Details of the escalation procedure are available upon request from the support team.

13.3  Binding Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international gaming regulatory body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitral panel directs otherwise.

13.4  No Class Actions. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings or consolidated arbitrations involving other Players.

14.1  pakgem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, pakgem will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to existing Account holders via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

14.2  Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1.

14.3  It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pakgem recommends reviewing this page each time you log in to your Account to ensure you are aware of the current Terms that govern your use of the Platform.
